The Maiden Issue of Newsletter of Assam College Librarians' Association has been released today (27.03.2017) by Shri KK Koshukuchi, Librarian, Central Reference Library, Kolkata on the auspicious moment of inauguration of 'National Seminar on Comparative Librarianship' at Gauhati University. The newsletter has been edited by Dr. Niraml Ranjan Mazumdar (Librarian, Pub Kamrup College) and Dr Kishore Kalita (Librarian, Barbhag College).
