Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 A.G.P.Rs.8,000
Essential Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record.
Five years’ experience as an Assistant University Librarian / College Librarian
Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment,computerization of library
Desirable:
A M.Phil. / Ph.D. Degree in library science /information science / Documentation/Archives and manuscript-keeping/computerization of library
All other terms and conditions of UGC Regulations 2010 and as amended from time to time shall also be applicable.
Age: Not exceeding 50 years
