Essential Qualification:

1) Minimum second-class Master’s Degree from a recognized university, preferably in any of the social sciences with 50% marks or above.

At least 10 years’ experience in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- or equivalent/ 5 years’ experience in the pay scale of 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- or equivalent with experience of acquisition of books and periodicals and bibliographical work in a good library.
