Qualifications: Good academic record with at
least 55% marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the
Master's degree from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an
accredited foreign university.
Desirable: An MPhil/PhD in Mass Communication/Library and
Information Science. Experience in handling audio-video instruments and
e-learning.
Language proficiency: Nepali/Bangla
Emoluments: Rs.30,000/- p.m.
